UPDF: Kulayigye, Koreta in as army picks representatives to parliament







Picked for 10th Parliament - Kulayigye (top), Asiimwe and Koreta

The Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) has picked representatives to the Uganda parliament at polls overseen by the Electoral Commission's Badru Kiggundu. Commander In Chief Yoweri Kaguta Museveni attended.

Six new names emerged at the end of the election yesterday. They are Lt.Gen Koreta, Maj Gen Pecos Kutesa, Col Felix Kulayigye, Col Tukirwa, Lt.Col Flavia Byekwaso and Captain Asiimwe.
